By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
Most orders are processed and packed within 1-3 Business Days of placement (excluding weekends and holidays), but sometimes can take up to 15 business days maximum.
Most Orders placed after 9am PST on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or on a weekend will be sent Monday morning.
It is the Customer's Responsibility to notify us if they need their item by a certain date before 1 Business day. After 1 Business day customer will be responsible for any rush shipping charges needed.
Please Note: We do not cover any lost or stolen packages if the item is delivered to the shipping address provided. Please make sure your mailing address is correct and secure. You may also let leave us a note or email us upon ordering if any insurance is desired.

Domestic Delivery Information

Signature is not required on first class parcels. Signature can be added by request for your security, and if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local

International Delivery Information
 
DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
DHL Express is Signature required on delivery for your security, and if no one is home at time of delivery the order will be sent to the nearest DHL facility.
DHL will sometimes leave parcels in a safe or secluded spot for Residential delivery areas, and this will not require signature. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and updates to see if this will occur.
If you wish to change any delivery information, organise a pick-up or receive delivery alerts, you can call DHL at 1 (800) 225-5345.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Indie XO is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused due to custom fees, DHL will hold the parcel for 2 weeks then abandon if these fees are not paid in this time. Indie XO is also not responsible for the handling of an order due to this. Indie XO does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

Cancelation Policy

Any cancellations after 48 Hours will not be accepted and will need to be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
